What is single trip travel insurance?
If you’re only planning on one trip this year, our single trip travel insurance could be your best option for holiday protection.
It can cover you, you and your partner, your family or a group, and could protect your personal baggage, cover medical expenses and more.
Cover is available for travel in the UK, Europe or worldwide.
There’s no upper age limit on our single trip policy and it can last up to 90 days.

Like all of our travel insurance policies, we could cover many pre-existing medical conditions including heart disease and epilepsy, as long as you declare them. Our medical screening process is easy to complete and can be done online or over the phone, to make sure you have the right cover in place.

Before you go
We want to help make sure that you and your loved ones have the right level of cover. Here’s some important information you need to know before you start a quote:
- Policy holders must be UK residents and registered with a GP
- Single trip travel insurance must be bought before you leave the UK
- The policy is only valid on trips that start from and return to the UK
- The insurance period will automatically extend if you’re unable to return to the UK due to injury, illness, or transport delay
