What happens if my home is uninhabitable during the period of repair?

If your home is uninhabitable, whilst it is being repaired following a claim, we will cover you for the following:
• If your claim is on your buildings insurance, we will pay the cost of similar accommodation up to a maximum of £50,000. We will also look after your pets if they need to go into kennels, up to a maximum of £9,000 in kennel fees.
• If your claim is on your contents insurance we will pay the cost of similar accommodation up to a maximum of £15,000.
