Check your policy

If you purchased Home insurance with a start date or renewal date on or after 1st May 2025:
• Your Sainsbury's Bank Home Insurance policy booklet (PDF, 632 KB) – This is what you’ll need to refer to for claims to your buildings and contents insurance, excluding all of our optional extras
• Your Sainsbury’s Bank Home Insurance policy booklet for our optional extras (PDF, 659 KB)
• Your Sainsbury’s Bank Home Insurance booklet for Excess Cover (PDF, 204 KB)
If you purchased Home insurance with a start date or renewal date on or after 1st February 2025:
• Your Sainsbury's Bank Home Insurance policy booklet (PDF, 668 KB)
• Your Sainsbury’s Bank Home Insurance policy booklet for our optional extras (PDF, 1,503 KB)
• Your Sainsbury’s Bank Home Insurance booklet for Excess Cover (PDF, 182 KB)
If you purchased any other optional extras with a start date or renewal date on or after 22nd August 2024:
• Your Sainsbury’s Bank Home Insurance policy booklet for our optional extra (PDF, 1,504 KB)
• Your Sainsbury's Bank Home Insurance policy booklet (PDF, 511 KB) – for all claims excluding one of our optional extras
• Your Sainsbury’s Bank Home Insurance booklet for Excess Cover (PDF, 182 KB)
