How to make a claim

When we receive notification of a claim, we'll send you or your representative a claim form to complete and return to us. We may ask you to provide us with certificates or other evidence that we need.
Critical Illness Cover
For our current policies, Critical Illness Cover will pay you the amount of cover if you are diagnosed with a condition or undergo a medical procedure covered by the policy and you survive for 14 days from diagnosis.
The diagnosis must come from a verified medical UK consultant whose specialism we consider appropriate to the relevant critical condition.
